Here is some feedback, hopefully it is helpful!
-I noted the text appears behind the blood stains sometimes, something to keep in mind.
-difficulty curve needs to be ramped up some more- maybe a newer faster enemy?

Really cool game, reminds me of geometry wars. Unique concept, the controls were smooth and gameplay wasn't feeling repetitive. The aesthetics were nice, with effects and transitions adding a nice polish. A solid game!
Nice theme implementation but the controls were not tight... and was hard to control both the players on the same time...
but nice work...
