Could only get the wasm build to work and it seemed like clicking didn't do anything :( The mixture of gametypes based on the screenshots seems impressive though.

Unfortunately I had a fair bit of trouble as well. Both on macos native (and I played around with a local web build for a bit), I had some issues with mouse lock, especially when tabbing out of the game to look at the controls on itch.

So I think I nearly built a thing, but not quite. So my feedback doesn't cover very much of the game.

One small thing that would have made an impact for me is a crosshair. I also found the behavior of blocks as Im mining them a bit wonky -- The little shrinky animation they do lets you "mine through" them to the block in the next layer, which is quite confusing.

I was also mildly triggered by the little voxel platform not being laid out in the shape of a hexagon 😅.

There's so much going on here between the character controller, tilemap, animations, inventory, etc though. Impressive amount of work!

Interesting idea, but I too fell prey to falling out of the world! Look forward to seeing it develop further.

Cool idea! like the calming music. In browser sometimes had nothing happen when entering room.

It is possible you are entering from the bottom of a cell and this can result in you falling out of the game world if the chunk is full

Cool tech demo of integrating a hex game and a voxel game! I also very much like the fox splash screen, it’s super cute :) Unfortunately I cannot comment on the gameplay itself since I don’t know how I can pick up the blocks I mine. They seem to regrow? Am I mining them wrong? Can I only mine certain things without tools?

You need to hit blocks twice inorder to collect them, this was put in place to prevent you from braking thing by mistake

That works for making them despawn permanently, thanks! Now how do I get them in my inventory? My hotbar stays empty, no matter what.

They should just be added to your inventory 😵‍💫 if you press T it should bring up your full inventory it's possible you have changed your selected hotbar so don't see them, you can press shift+1 to go back to the first hotbar

I keep entering tiles and nothing happens except black screen with my empty hotbar.

yeah ran out of time to make a cover will update it with something better when I get time. Could you open the console and see what errors it is giving when you enter a tile
