How does your game represent "Power"?
Power like electricity! And my game's story is about gathering batteries as well as the core gameplay being about it.

A charming puzzle platformer! I would agree with other comments that giving the light sticks just a little light would be nice but I have also seen you would prefer to keep it as is. If I could I would suggest maybe increasing the distance from which you can see them then. I feel that would help give the player a little more to work with while not sacrificing too much of how you envision them playing. I do also think the timers on the sticks are a bit unnecessary. Overall though this was cool game and I had fun trying to optimize my light use!

nice one! love the npc sound fx. pretty neat mechanic—honestly would be fun to see this as a horror game, the task of making your way back in the dark following your trail is pretty terrifying in concept (though this game is pretty cute). great work!

Developer

Thank you so much! It can be pretty terrifying at times :D

Cool concept! I sure wish the light sticks had a bit of glow to them!

Meep0 is soooo cute!! love the FX - is that a shader? How to make it looks so low poly

Developer

Thank you so much! I used block bench for the modeling and texturing. First time making a game with this style, glad u liked it! :D

I beat it :). The visuals are very good, I especially like the cute robots & the texture quality of how it looks like ps1. However, I think the gameplay could be improved on, I didn't like the timer on the light because I couldn't take my time to plan out my placements. Very cool though awesome job! :)

Developer

Thank you! Looking back i think the timer should've been only on some levels as not it's too much of a speedrun game.

I was scared when the lights went off! I think the concept is unique and the characters are cute.

Thank you so much for playing! :)

Visuals are very cool and cohesive, the idea of the main gameplay is fresh and interesting. I agree with another commenter I think adjusting the illumination would help (maybe just lights sticks having faint illumination?) make the puzzles a little more fun.

Developer

I understand what you mean but I wanted this game to be a mix of puzzle and memorization. And the feeling when it's complete darkness besides you and your placement decisions really stuck with me. Thank you for playing though!

I like the art style, but I do wish I could see a little more! Maybe just a touch of global illumination would help.

Developer

Thank you! More light would ruin the puzzles too much sadly :(

Nice, small puzzle game about walking in the dark, with very nice graphics, I like it! Not a bad disclosure of the theme of jam
