I really love being able to tell where the next enemy is gonna spawn from! The number of enemies felt a bit overwhelming so I just hid in a corner to try and stay alive. Maybe more space to move around or spawning enemies on a timer could help.
thanks for the response, the trapdoor functionality is also one of the things I am most proud of! I was trying to make the game have a degree of difficulty, so don't get discouraged if it's too hard. I agree, the game could use more level to move around also
You win at 70 points, you can shoot but the enemies will spawn pretty fast so the meta is to not shoot and just destroy the vases.
The game is indeed cool and fun, but you can also cheat the ai a bit and make the enemies stuck in one position to make it easier to evade them.
This is a great game for your first game jam!
thanks, that was an oversight I made, my thought process behind the vases was to make it encouraged to move around so the game is more entertaining, this was a ton of work on my end, and I am glad that you liked it!
