The style is cute, but... nothing in this game is related to the theme, except from a part where you collect 4 notes...
I understand that it's unfinished and has lots of bugs, but it's still somewhat playable. Anyway, good job on this one, next time spend more time on thinking about idea and scope :)

Thank you for playing! The initial idea was to make a metroidvania containing 4 areas (game idea, programming, art, music) with a boss fight for each. Obviously, since I'm still learning how to make a game that was impossible. I spent a lot of time making one boss fight and only had a few hours to make rush the content before it. The result is a mediocre platformer full of bugs as you correctly said, but I learned so much during that week that it was totally worth it :)

By the way, I wanted to play/rate your game but there was only the Windows executables and I'm using a Mac. If you have time for your next game, please also compile for Mac or at least WebGL. m(_ _)m

I really like how cute the game looks. It has an impressive variety of hazards and mechanics, and an awesome boss fight that I wasn't expecting.  Adding an attacking animation to the main character could help it feel more fluid, and some more sounds and music could make a big difference. Regardless, I had fun playing it.

The movement is a bit tricky but thats understantable for a game jam game. I enjoyed the level design quite a bit.

Great job! The level design is great in my opinion.

I liked of the animations and art of stuffs. Would be great (visually)move visual effects, like particles. 

The player movement is hard to handle in precision movements. Like the initials platforms. I get stuck at tthe hammer pendulum  :(

I wanted to make more "well designed" areas but I spent so much time building features and the final boss' attacks, that I only had a few hours to make the main area and properly test it. I'll do better next time.

Like the concept but a few things I would change:

1: Dash. First please make it l- click or something like that. G is to hard to get to.

2: More interactive(animation wise).

Dash is broken, I'd suggest setting a variable for dashing and make it so that when you press the button the variable changes and you can't do anything else including reactivate dash then change the variable back once the dash is finished (also it felt a bit short but that's just my opinion). Could have used some visual communication for things like hitting enemies but overall I had fun with this game and the main character's animations were brilliant.  Nice work!

The dash has a short cooldown and is designed like in Hollow Knight, meaning that you can't control the player during the dash (like you suggested). The gravity is also disabled during the dash. If it didn't work that way when you played, there's probably a bug.

The sound it's a bit buggy but despite of that it's a nice game I really joyed playing it I liked the visuals and the movement mechanics. Good job

I tried my best to make myself as much graphics, sound and music, without relying on third party free assets, but... sound was more difficult to make than what I expected and music, well, I didn't have time to make music. Next time I'll focus less on the features and make time for sound and music.
