My god. The animation for the rat was disturbingly realistic haha. It was fun though, well done :)

The turnaround animation was a little slow, but I really liked the idea behind the gameplay. I'm hoping to see some guest appearances in the sequel. (Remi, Chuck E. Cheese, Pizza Rat, etc. ) But in all seriousness great job on your first game!

I really like the sound effects and I think this is a really impressive first game. The controls were a little bit sticky but the idea behind the game is great and it's mostly really well executed.

I like the idea of balancing all 3 needs while reflecting on being a rat, but the platforming kinda ruined it for me; I spent more time trying to jump into the higher area rather than eating, sleeping or exercising.

As others mentioned, the turning around is super sluggish, but I also think the rat's hitbox is bigger than it needs to be and the momentum isn't quite right.

The platforming aside, the game is great at creating and mantaining a mood; the music, graphics and (if the platforming worked) gameplay all create this weird mood that I strangely like. Making everything fit together to make a mood as cohesive as this one isn't an easy task, and this does it masterfully. The only part where it really stumbles is in that platforming, where it kinda breaks the entire thing.

But hey - you got one of the hardest parts of making a game really well-done; that's something to be proud of, even if the end result didn't quite come together like expected.

Interesting mechanics. The reversal animation seemed slow to me

My rat life only lasted 3 days but at least i got to have fun in the spinning wheel. good music. the controls were a bit ratty.

This is a cool concept! (partly because I did something similar in a previous jam)
Balancing the three stats is challenging, and I love how they interact with each other. However, as others said, the turning animation makes the platforming seem stiff and slow.

Overall, A great submission!

It's fun!

Managing your hunger/fun/energy is challenging, and I liked that the more you have of something, the more you see of that word. The different things you need to manage each have a different color, which made it easy to understand where you need to go to increase that aspect.  Also, seeing things go down while I maintain one part adds to the challenge.

Good job!
