How did you/your team interpret the theme?
I'm not a hero, but I'm a team. This is the concept of this game. I think it shouldn't be a one-person game. Our characters who will take on missions can change constantly. Players should focus on missions rather than characters.
How was your/your team's experience in this jam?
My objective is to work with others. But due to the different time zone, it is difficult to work together. But I was fortunate to meet friends who are very skilled. I was very impressed.

Loved the game itself but felt that it didn't really match the theme- isn't the team of ninjas still a bunch of heroes? Either way, loved the game!

Like Kaappis I was confused by the gameplay at first but it become clearer after some death, I still think it could be improved tho. The art is really good.
At first I was bit confused how the game worked, but more I played, I got into it. And then the game ended! I wanted to see more! :D
I get the concept. Gameplay needs more work. Mainly attacking enemies is wonky, when some of your team is facing the wrong direction and you can't move, because you would touch the enemy. Maybe your team members could gather together when you attack?
Other main issue was that big number 50 that would block the view. Making it smaller or semi-transparent would help.

This was very well done, both the platforming and the attacking mechanics felt pretty nice, i loved the details of the bruises and gear getting damaged in the sprites and the portraits, this a pretty well made game, i found the collision with the enemies a bit clunky, but then again if the goal is to sacrifice your friends i think it works fine, overall amazing game.
