How did you/your team interpret the theme?
The player is not the hero. Instead, the player is an evil serpent who eats people and runs away from a heroic knight.
How was your/your team's experience in this jam?
I enjoyed the jam and felt the theme introduced the possibility of really unique games.

Decent concept. Presentation could use some work, as the snake's pieces overlapped with themselves improperly. I do like how it's just fancy snake, that's pretty funny, it just needs to make itself different from regular snake by adding more stuff related to the theme, though.
Other than that, pretty good game, has a lot of potential.
This is a good game although it's basically just "Snake" but with more content haha. Good music and art! You made a great game.
HELL YEAH SNAKE
This was good fun to play - a simple mechanic but well executed. I really like how the difficulty curve scales with size/score. You might want to make the music a little longer and also change the colours to be a little easier on the eyes. Well done!
Snake games are always good!
I played so much Snake on my mother's phone when I was a kid, so it was fun to play a mechanically updated version of that! Would be nice if the music loop was a little longer, but it wasn't bad. Nice job!
I would call it "Snake++", just a snake but more interesting :D
Overall the game was cool, but imo the start is pretty slow, by that I mean the snake starts really slow. Besides that I liked everything!
Basically a nokia snake game with a slight twist - I like it!
Wow! This is literally huge improvement over old school snake. Now I want event more mechanics to it.
And that music stuck in my head 😅
I like that you added the knight and the fact that people run away as a twist to an otherwise ordinary game of snake! As a point of critique, it did still feel quite like snake. Keep pushing yourself to put your own spin on things to make your games worth playing!
