Also -- how many Discord servers are you in? I used to have a similar issue as I was in too many servers at once. Discord sets a hard cap on how many servers one account can be in. If you're at the limit you may need to leave another server before you can join a new one.

In the meantime, maybe try this link? I have it set to expire in 7 days, as a heads up.
If that doesn't work -- try going to the "Discover" section of Discord (bottom left, next to your account), and search up "Boss Rush Jam".

Jokes aside, hosting in too many different spaces would be a bit difficult to manage and in complete honesty there just aren't many other platforms that enough people would be interested in aside from Discord to warrant hosting a space in them.
As a note, participation in the Discord server isn't required to participate in the jam! You're free to engage with the community here in the community tab, and if you're looking for a team we have other avenues such as the team finder or the itch community tab!
Well, I'm not really sure how to help you there. People will communicate how they choose, and DMs will be unmoderated regardless of platform.
If you're looking to reach out to people on a platform other than Discord, some people like communicating on Twitter, BlueSky, even email, etc -- so providing your account on one of these platforms when trying to team up with someone on a community post may help you out.
