How does your game fit the theme?
You are trapped in a labyrinth of halls and doors. you must figure out the key to enter into each doors keypad. Opening doors gets you more room to run but sometimes there is a monster just on the other side.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
no, I used a player controller and a lot of free and paid assets.

alien isolation vibe. looking good

Neat concept and I like the style. The flashlight could use more of a gradient so you can see a bit more. And of course some more puzzle variety while running from the monster. Good work!

Interesting idea, but it was very easy to get lost, would love to have some more visual language.

Thanks for playing my game.  I think adding post processing effects and UI at the last minute was probably a mistake. {:

I am too scared of horror games so forgive me for not going through everything. Very cool got spooked. Good idea to go for a horror game for the theme. Would have been nice to have to find the code on the level instead of having it in the UI. But overall it's a great basis.

I agree, I originally planned to procedurally generate the maze and was trying to figure out how to make sure you could find the code within the currently open space.  This was actually the problem that led me to decide on the nightmare theme. So it did not have to make sence in fiction how you got the code or why the code was math homework.  I later gave up on map generation but might implement it post jam.

Thanks for the feedback.

The name of the game delivered.. i felt true fear when the alien popped out I saw a math equation. Was a bit hard to see and find things .. but got invested pretty quickly into the game. A clearer visual language and more kinds of puzzles, and this would be shippable!

Do try out our game
