You navigate through a maze of rooms, having to defeat aliens to open doors and advance to other rooms.

I made everything from scratch, except the font which is a free one from the internet.

The cartoon-style drawings are cute:) I like the sword swing and door animation.
There is a map, which is helpful. Big enemies are nice retro style game!!

Would love to see this develop further! was fun kiting around the enemies and would be nice to have sound bring it to life, although I know how hard it is to complete the whole game in time. great job overall
Nice game! I love how simple it is, yet I still had fun playing it :) I also like the upgrades and different mobs. I agree that the audio would make the game feel more alive, but great job on the game overall!
Great job on submiting to the jam! The movement was a bit restrictive tho. I think audio would've made it evenbetter. I really liked the art too.
I had no time for any audio, sadly. Would have loved to add some music and sfx, but I barely managed to complete the gameplay elements in time...
