I'm really impressed about the graphics. The parallax looks great too. As the other commenters have noted, the world feels quite empty. Also the room transitions are quite weird. A black gradient at the end of the rooms would have made the room transitions less sudden. All in all, purely in the terms of the visuals. this is really good for a jam game.

The axolotl character is cute. The game feels empty though and has some critical bugs. I couldn't respawn after dying for some reason

the world was so ambitious for only 1 week its sad that it feels empty most of the times because they looked really good in design. overall fun if you overlook the placeholders that were lost in some places. i liked the inspiration from hollow knight.

I see the vision you had in mind while creating this. I think the art style, although obviously there are some placeholders here and there, could be very interesting.

The environment is cool and I can definitely sense the hollow knight inspiration. I noticed a few numbers left in the water parts of that area, and the map is so big with nothing in it that it is a little boring. I also did not come across any doors.
