The games plot is that there are literally a horde of words "WHAT" behind each door that you must defeat. Thaking the theme in a literal sense

yes, we had a small team of 5 who did every component of the game from scratch

Gunning of the dead, very interesting approach. Wee small bug where if you add health you either sometimes can't or it subtracts on of the other points so at some point I got -25. got saved by the point modifier doe.
Just a tip, try to build for WebGL for your next JAM since you build in Unity. It will get more plays, since a lot don't dare to download. Might be a bit shitty with the lack of better visuals. But you could offer both a DL and web play.
The design and style of this game is very unique and fun to play. I enjoyed the gameplay, but the movement seemed a little off to me. It could just be because my Windows machine is old and couldn't handle the load haha.
Nice gameplay and enemies design, my favourite is the "What" wich separated itself into 4 letters..
I would like to be able to keep shooting if i hold shoot button and i think the upgrades prices and loots should not inscrease that much.
1 bug: Health upgrade make me lose all my "?" points then it set my money as a random (?) negative number.
minor bug: I'm an AZERTY player (azerty controls works), so when it ask me to use "q" to continue it's actually "a" for me.
Really a great game i love the Animated Ui elements had lots of fun playing it
Dash could have a little animation like zaaaap(More like quick movement). Dash felt like teleporting .
But i really enjoyed the game and the are really well made

I made it to 14 doors :D This one is a nice little gem and the controls always felt smooth, never once did I say that's not where i was aiming. Love the art and that retro TV/fish eye effect was cool really adds a lot of class to the game. Sound design was top notch really gotta appreciate that one. I love how all your enemies are just what's but some how you managed to do a nice variety of whats, that complemented each other very well. Amazing work.

Ah I get it, "What" behind the door?
It's amazing just how many enemy variety there is, it keep me on edge when playing. not to mention how that "What" would do differently from the rest
