The game has a calm period in which the player can explore the world, followed by the storm in which meteors fall from the sky.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
The villager sprite is by Kenney but everything else is from scratch.

I enjoy tapping the mouse button to unleash a ton of hammer whacks, and finding villagers is satisfying. I dislike making more angled jumps, but I think using a controller would fix that. Having a meteor storm appear is a fun, theme-related idea too.
I will definitely consider adding controller support to any future games that require precise moves if that would be helpful
Great sound design, the controls were really snappy. There is one problem I don't know if this is an internet problem or something else, but there's a little hitch when playing the game.

Cool game! Getting to the villagers in the top left of the map was tough for me, but nevertheless it was fun! The controls are spot-on, and the hammer feels very satisfying. Good job! :)
