Like the game idea, 3d models are perfect for a game like this. The game runs smooth. Great work. Good Luck!

Seems like there's a decent amount to do and it's cool that it has a feature for you to try and discover new recipes. I could see myself getting pretty hooked on this for a bit. Well done for only 1 week!

Edit: I came back for more, and ended up unlocking all the recipes. I made it to about 10% progress before it just felt like I wasn't really making any increasing progress, so I felt like it would take a little while to beat. Couldn't quite seem to increase my popularity, but maybe I stopped digging just before the diamonds. Fun game in any case, it had me wanting to try to beat it and I got to a point that I felt like I more or less did, I just wasn't sure I wanted to spend the rest of the time finishing at that point.

Fun game, nice cute graphics, fun Japanese references. Very well done for 1 week.

Congrats for finding all recipes! :D You are right about the progress, we couldn't find the time to create a journey where you earn money exponentially. The Popularity was an idea but also didn't make it in the game and we forgot to kick out the indicator, sorry for that! But glad you enjoyed it, thanks for playing <3

Of course, I really enjoyed it and found myself wanting to come back for more, so for only a week that's a pretty nice achievement. I feel you on the running out of time though, there were several things I would have liked to get into my game as well, but alas I ran out of time. I managed something at least playable though. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw this game in the video they're likely to make about the Jam. Good luck, I hope your game does well!

insane art

The gameplay is simple, but experimenting with ingredients is really hard :D I wasn't able to make reasonable progress since most of the customers didn't want the two recipes I had hahah! Cute graphics, and overall enjoyable game!

Visuals are really cute, the game is mostly easy to understand, but maybe for someone who doesn't know much about cooking, recipes could be obtained not by just experimenting lol, wasted so many ingredients (just like in real life). A fun game overall.

I really dig the visual style. It looks so cool. That's a great idea that could become a full-blown big game with a few more mechanics added.

Thank you! Indeed we are thinking about putting some more development into this project :) The list with further ideas is long enough at least :D

It’s always a balance between making complex and fun quick games for game jams. Love the art.
