How does your game fit the theme?
The calm represents the beginning of the worker's (employee's) day, which gradually turns into a storm due to the number of tasks that must be done before time runs out.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the scripts. I mainly use Itch.io assets with own assets created with Libresprite.

Nice little game, I manage to make only 34 seconds. :)

Very stressful day... It should be a horror game with the tension it keeps me at!
I liked it, and for a first entry it is a solid game!

Suggestions:
- Modulate a pace a bit... I felt like I was always in the storm and never in calm.
- Maybe add a health bar in a form of a boss getting angrier and angrier, then outright dismissing when his rage reaches maximum?

Really great first entry, congrats! I think you nailed the theme with a gameplay loop that very much feels like you are managing an impending storm. The core gameplay is simple but well executed, the different timers were well balanced so that it always felt like I was just barely finishing in time. I liked the mail loading bar icon and the chosen art assets in general are assembled well. Sound adds to the experience too.  My main criticism is that the gameplay is pretty shallow and loses replayability after a fun or two, but for such a short game jam time frame I think you did very well to get a complete and polished game entered, everything feels game ready. Overall, I think you did a great job using your game mechanics to invoke the theme and that although it was a short/simple gaming experience it was an ejoyable one. Keep up the good work!

Great game! It gave me PTSD. I am now traumatized! Well done fun game

Good game. It conveys the emotion it seeks to generate. The graphics are adequate and appropriate, and it is also evident that UI design patterns are followed. Next time you could look at the normalization of sounds to make sure they sound in a universe and there are no high and low peaks.

I think this is a really creative take on the theme, and I like how the gameplay gets increasingly more stressful over time. For working alone and especially for a first game jam this is a very solid game. Some UI elements seemed to be outside of the screen and it would be a nice addition if the palyer would be able to cancle actions in game. (Is it possible to delete numbers after choosing the wrong one when entering the code?)

I understand, I will be more careful with the UI next time . I agree with what you say about allowing the user to undo the actions performed to improve the experience (due to time I didn't manage to program the function to delete numbers, I'm forcing the user to type 5 digits to try again and it's not comfortable).

Thank you for your appreciation 😄
