How does the game fit the theme?
You can see this from two perspectives. In the Safest City no one dies, nothing ever goes wrong (unless the player interferes). From the perspective of the reaper he will make sure nothing goes wrong for him.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Only the sound effects (downloaded from online resources). Everything else was created by us during the jam.

One of the best I've played so far. Great job! Art was phenominal too!

I really like how the theme was conveyed in the gameplay, having to make everything go wrong to accomplish your goal.

Thank you!

Ayy, I got everyone xD.  After I realized what I was supposed to be doing and how to do it, I was hooked.  Awesome job with this one!

Thank you for playing and sharing your time :D

Really good game. I had to finish it in the first run. Great! It feels like a twisted crazy lemmings game. :-)

Thank you for playing :D

Really love the art style and aesthetic you've got for the city. Colour palette you chose is great, and I love the details you added in the city skyline and background.

I liked running around and triggering the different traps. The manholes were my favourite (electricity seemed a bit underpowered in comparison). Walking and death animations are effective too.

For improvements, I found that the interactable elements and score blended into the level a bit too much. Increasing the contrast between them and non-interactable elements would be a good idea.

Overall, a strong and innovative submission. Nice job!

Thank you! Glad you liked using the different traps. The manholes can be very effective early on when there are still many humans.
We spend some time working on the colour palette to give the right feel. It is great that you took notice (you made our day!) =D
