How does the game fit the theme?
The enemies of the game have unstable DNA, and rapidly spiral out of control if you let any enemies leak through. If you're bad at dealing with fast enemies, get ready to face a lot more of them!

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We made all the assets except for 3 OFL fonts.

Love tower defenses and this one was great, does it ever end or does it loop? also I wish there was a wave counter.

Tower Defense Games are just really fun and you did very well implementing the genre. I think you make a bit too much money at around round 20 and after but still pretty cool.

you only gain money when you kill things so if you dont make a perfect choice in the first couple rounds you lose no matter what

Unfortunately some towers stopped doing damage after a while, I'm not sure if this is intended as the game goes on or if certain enemies become immune to some towers after getting through to the end. Nonetheless I really enjoyed my play especially since the SFX are very satisfying.

The armored enemy has a 95% chance to block attacks coming from the same side as his shield, and the hp bars only render is sufficient enough damage is done to an enemy to track it to save performance.  I hope that clears things up!

Well made TD Game! Love the music and good job on the assets as well. Functionality also flawless - no bugs encountered. Design wise: The balancing needs some more work imo since I didn't have to place anything for ~10 waves and then quit since there was nothing to do anymore and the enemies were getting killed right after entering the screen.

Thanks for the feedback! :) Difficulty becomes exponentially harder, but it is indeed very slow in the beginning. We will take note!

Thanks for your input!  We just wanted to make sure everyone could get through the first 15 waves - after that, you'll find enemies get a lot more difficult!
