Nice game. It would be very fun if not for oversensitive rotation. I have tried feeling it out but it was just too unpredictable. Otherwise a very cool game!
Wish it had rotation sensitivity, current rotation was too much for me to the point where it was more chore than fun. Music was good.
The story is awesome . Loved the art,music as well.
Controlling the ship was a bit hard. Great work though

Great game, art direction was perfect, Loved the music and smart levels! The ship was too hard to control for me :P I mean I understand we have to save fuel and all, but I fell that the forward movement was good but the turn was very fast and relative connection was lost, maybe we build momentum as we keep pressing will make more sense! Great game! I had plenty of fun spinning my ship around like a maniac and avoiding asteroids. If I ever manage to complete this game, I firmly believe I'll be able to call myself a rocket scientist. :)
Wow the ship is hard to manoeuvre haha but the aesthetic is great, really enjoyable game good job!
The game was nice. but the timer on the respawn is not in seconds so i have to waited for 7 seconds i think. Overall design is quite nice.

Thanks for playing and the feedback. It's supposed to be hard but fair, and I have done some balancing since submitting, so hopefully it will become more reasonable . I'll be pushing the patch (which helps with over spinning after collision) after voting is done.

First of all congratulations on the outstanding game, one can tell it has lots of work behid it just by playing.
You did an awesome level and game design, as with the same mechanics, each level felt very different and unique in their own way. Also, through all the game the controls felt very smooth, I managed to escape from critical situations thanks to the responsiveness they allow, which gave me not only a thrilling but also very rewarding experience.
The visuals are just amazing, I love the pixel art and effects, its charm made me want to explore the whole first level so I could see all the amazing assets in it. Also, the cinematics are a plus for sure, it adds so much to the experience along with the narrative (something one does not see very often in jam games).
10/10 for the sound design, in my opinion is flawless and fits like a glove within the game.
Keep up the good work, I know you will do great in this jam for sure!
Thank you for your kind words. It was a labor of love and @delta_ksi was furiously cranking out some beautiful pixel art every day and stitching together a great story. My brother Zane made all the music according to the levels, so I'm glad you noticed the effort he put in to match it to the game and levels. I appreciate the compliments!
Overall look and feel of the game I loved! Plus the sounds and particle systems (and 2D lighting looked really nice). Only thing for me was I felt the ship controls were slightly too sensitive for rotating the ship, but all in all very quality game. Thanks for the feedback dutchlish. Ship controls were definitely a struggle to balance, but I have a patch coming after voting ends to help with the excessive turning.
The game is very professionel, audio, particle system and art work fits togetehr very well. The only little thing that i did not like so much is that the space ship keeps rotating around itself continiously. But that might be a feautire which was intendent. Keep it up.

I don't think this was intentional but I had a lot of fun finding my way back to the map after getting launched into oblivion haha. Ship controls were a bit tricky at first but I was starting to get the hang of them! I enjoyed it.
