All of the code and graphics were made from scratch, the sounds were created using a sound generator, and the music is linked on the game's page

This is actually a pretty cool concept, but forcing the player to be in the same place as the bomb makes it super easy to just get clobbered by the enemies, especially in tight spaces. Otherwise pretty sweet, I'd love to see a refined version of this

I really like the idea and the graphical style, and the movement controls are really nice but I keep dying immediately once I enter the second room and can't figure out what to do.

Thank you for the positive feedback! Is the reason you are dying in the second room a lack of hp, or some sort of bug. If it's the first one, you could have tried breaking some barrels or vases, they sometimes give hp, if it is the latter one, we would really love to know, since we would really like to polish this game and add more content to it.

I died from lack of HP. I tried to break the barrels and vases both by bombing them (click) and interacting with them (E) and nothing happened, so I figured they were either broken or just decorative. I'm not sure if anyone else had the same issue. FYI I'm using the itch.io app.

I don't know if the itch.io app compiles things differently, but they should break if they are bombed... that's what we intended them to be. Perhaps you misunderstood the bomb mechanic, Left click places down a circle with a timer, when the timer runs out the player has to be within the circle so that the bomb explodes, that might be the issue, I think we didn't explain it that well...

Really interesting take on the theme, I found a weird bug in the first level where archers can shoot you through walls. Other than that it's a cool game :D

The arrows going through the walls are an intended mechanic, since they are elusive (we are just stupid lol), thank you very much for the feedback!

NOOOOO Ive went so far but entered a door without healing up first :( Maybe only open doors by interacting with them would be a good idea, idk. Anyways, awesome game! loved it! Zilean's skillset from league of legends should be like this! haha
