Well Done. I like it. But it's dark in there, I can't see well.

Good game overall, and the use of the theme is implemented well and works well with the aesthetic and vibe of the game. I do have a small criticism and it's the difficulty of placing objects down may need to be adjusted, as the physics of objects clip and break whenever it hits a collider like a wall. Other than that well done it was a good game!

This is an awesome game! I genuinely can't believe that someone made this in less than a week! I hope you cross the 20 rating barrier soon, because this game is so good, it most likely has all positive reviews!

That is not to say, however, that I don't have any feedback:

1) Yes, I know, darkness is pretty hard to pull off in games, so good job. However, never make any area in a point-of-interest completely black. While it does create a sense of atmosphere, having to go through these areas where I couldn't see anything was super annoying.

2) The puzzles were too hard. More accurately, the way they were implemented made them too hard. While it looks super-cool to see objects interacting with physics while you're moving them, it's not good if moving the objects is required for completing puzzles- I personally feel that once a player has devised a plan to solve a puzzle, the completion shouldn't be left up to the physics of your game alone.

Don't take this too critically though, the game is awesome! The graphics and music are both great, and give it a real atmospheric, almost eerie kind of outlook. Good job!

I had some issues with performance from the extra items some things become.

That combined with the overly dark levels left me struggling to enjoy a game that I feel would be otherwise quite enjoyable.

All in all, I enjoyed the concept and the game, just want more constant light!

Good idea! It's innovative! Good job!

Cheers! Might keep working on this idea too :)

Very interesting mechanic, but the game is a little bit too hard to beat. The level is dark and it's hard to see what's going on. But the idea itself is brilliant. Hope, you will continue developing it.

cheers! Had a brain wave on how to make it better, I included a flashlight function but didnt mention it anywhere in the game so I guess I failed there 😅

So, what key do you use to activate the flashlight?

Developer

hold F 😅
