In what way does your game fit the theme?
The story is about time travel

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Thuleanx wrote all the code, Valkoy did some of the art (Ancient Device, Boss). The rest are asset packs.

The initial visuals look extremely stunning! The only downside is that I didn't really get to experience the gameplay because I couldn't move in the second level : ( .

It's a shame about the movement on the second level because the game looks fun.  In the next update can you have the attack movement go a bit faster?

Developer

Movement is only slow on the intro level. And we intend to introduce items that increase attack speed.

The visuals are so great! The character design made me remember Akira (and this is perfect). The tutorial was in point. I wished the game last more!

Thank you for the work!

The visuals made me weep tears of pixel joy. I can't wait to play when movement works in the second part :)

The first scene is beautiful! Also i could not move in the first level... But the tutorial was great!!!

Glad you liked it. We've known that this is an issue and have fixed it. The update will come out after the review period, as I don't know if it's allowed for me to fix the game now.

I loved the visuals so much!

I like the idea and the atheistic is amazing but I don’t get any feed back when I press anything and half the time it is like my button presses don’t do anything. But if you fix that and add some juice this could be an amazing experience

Developer

Thanks for the kind comment. Adding feedback to input was one of the things we were going to implement through sounds and special FX, but unfortunately there wasn't enough time. I'm glad you like the vibe at least.

Developer

Welp I just realize in the build you cannot move on the second area. Time for me to fix it.

Wow, the first scene is sick.

the visuals were awesome and i loved your idea, but the controls felt really unresponsive, like i tried to use the ancient device and it took 10 seconds for me to travel to the next level, and when i reached the next level i could only jump and attack but not walk so i almost immediately died and came back into the first map explaining controls and story(this might've been intentional) i tried again and immediately died and spawned in the first map again but now the enemies had followed me back there which i dont think was intentional because it did not happen t he first time.  good job anyway because this game has potential and if you fix the bugs you might get on itch.ios top page!

Thanks for the kind comment. I'll put out a bug fix. Hopefully then you get to enjoy the game :).

Thanks for reviewing the game early. This: https://itch.io/game/accept-admin/725483/3142912 should make you (and only you) admin of the fixed version of the game, if you want to give that one a shot. Don't let it change the rating on this entry, but I feel like I owe it to the early reviewers to give them a nice experience. Also, the delay in map transition is intended for a transition effect that we never get to implement.
