In what way does your game fit the theme?
the two controllable characters can merge to create a single, character which is stronger than both of the original characters combined.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
i did!!

Nice game you got there! Merging both characters was a very cool idea, but controlling both players at the same time in different rooms was quite challenging. But overall, nice aesthetic and fun game! Maybe consider checking our game out too!
Nicely executed! Coherent and clear visuals. With a little polish this can be a real nice game.
Would appreciate if you would check out ours as well :)
I loved it! The movement was pretty smooth and the enemy parry mechanic really caught me off guard the first time. Really good job on nailing the aesthetic of the game :)
thanks!! i definitely should have included a tutorial for the parry, but to be honest i added it just a couple hours before the deadline haha. i'm glad you liked the art!!
this game was really fun! probably could play it with a friend too
thank you, and i'm happy that it was a fun experience for you!! and yeah, playing through with a friend would definitely be interesting to try. i never tested it myself, but maybe i can do that in the future!
This game was awesome! The merge mechanic was so much fun. I was sweating by the end trying to keep both of my dudes alive.
thank you so much!! i'm very glad that you were able to make it to the end and that you enjoyed the merging :D
Nice, interesting puzzler. Quite tricky to get the timing and controls when you need to manage both characters at the same time. When you're controlling both, it's a bit difficult to tell why one or the other of them is getting killed. Good fun all the same.
that trickiness is intended, but i see now that i probably should have toned it down a little bit. thank you so much for your feedback!!
