In what way does your game fit the theme?
Block force provides chaotic gameplay from you trying to avoid aliens and clear lines at the same time. Block Force making the player have to play 2 different games at the same time makes it easy for the player to lose control when trying to stay alive.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Apart from looking at examples from the API and looking at an open-source, MIT Licensed project/tutorial for assistance, all the code was done by ourselves. Some sound effects were purchased and licensed by the people who worked on this project.

Good concept! I kinda ignored the space ship part and try my best at avoid enemies and play tetris hahahaha

Developer

I have found that to be the most successful strategy as well. A few careless shots and the blocks reach to the ceiling!

Cheers for the comment RealPotatoCat! Thanks for playing!

Holy guacamole! You guys are psychos!! XD 2 games at once, talk about sensory overload!! I enjoyed it though, but now need to lay down XD Hope to see more like it, as the Fearless Four Dream Team

Great concept! Once you figure out a trick to handling the two it becomes quite fun.

Borderline impossible to last for extended periods of time, either separate the controls or make the success in one of the game benefit you in the other (like recovering health with each line of tetris cleared).

Developer

thanks for trying out our game! Unfortunately we ran out of time to implement those, we appreciate you playing our game

Indeed, a nice idea the HP recovery! I had the idea of making enemies blow up, but the HP recovery is cooler and could fit the theme maybe of it being inside the ship.

So, one game wasn't enough of a task, so you decide to make two for the jam? Kudos :P
