How does you game fit the theme?
The way a little girl deals with her fears, imagining horrible nightmares that maybe don't exist.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes!!! All the code, art, and some of the sounds are made fully from scratch.

The game looks great artistically, and the sounds are really good too. I had a hard time playing it for quite some time though due to a few things. At first the text was readable, but then it arbitrarily switched to I'm guessing Portuguese, which I unfortunately cannot read, and while I wandered around the house opening everything I could and closing every window for almost 20 minutes I didn't find a single thing, and reloading the game from menu didn't fix everything. Eventually I closed the application and reopened it, and the text became readable again. The other issue was that since your character doesn't have gravity , any time you moved across environment that caused you to climb up a bit, you would never go down, and this problem compounded the longer you played until you were basically in the ceiling, which could cause the camera to track you in a way that prevented you from interacting with things below your view. This caused me to be incapable of interacting with Mr. Teddy during one of my runs. The camera's were also kind of jarring and in some cases made seeing where doorways were extremely difficult (I had no idea how to get back to the bedroom for some time since the door is entirely out of the camera's view). It is definitely a good base though and as I said, it looks really good, so while it had it's issues, I would say it's still a project to be proud of :) We would appreciate it if you could give our game a go as well!
We didn't have a lot of time to bugfix, unfortunately. but we'll deal with them once the voting ends.
Thanks a lot for your thorough feedback! We'll be sure to check your game as well <3
Thank you SO MUCH for the detailed feedback! its very usefull to hear it, and well be sure to fix it as soon as the jam ends! thank you SO MUCH for playing, and ill go take a look at yours right now!
Game atmosphere was incredible, the art was so detailed from the instruction book to all the details in the rooms.
That really means so much! thank you! well go check your game as well right away!
The art is very good! The digital paint from the title screen is perfect.
it really does means a lot! thank you!
It took me a bit to get the hang of it but it's a very well executed management game! The camera system is not something I'm used to, but I had a fun time trying to find where the toys were. It's also very atmospheric!
Correct me if I'm wrong but most of the devs if not all are portuguese. I am too! Good to see...
it means the world to us! thank you so much, we are glad we could convey the ambience well!
Agradecemos, falamos português sim! beijos pra portugal ou brasil, daonde voce for!
One of the best games I've played so far. Art is lovely, graphics are great, even the book is gorgeous. Mood is awesome. Sound is good and creepy yet childlike, though the open window noises got obscured at times due to camera placement.
Two things that really got me is a bug, where you go practically flying, and can't go through doorways anymore (please add gravity). And the fact that you couldn't really see the doorways.
Once I figured that out, I was able to create a mental map and finish the game pretty quickly.
Your review is beyond helpfull! thank you! we will be sure to note it and improove the game as soon as we are able to! thank you for playing, and ill go check your game out right away! <3
We're planning on fixing these bugs once voting is ended! Thanks for the thorough feedback :D
Wish I could play this (I'm on Mac). Art looks amazing!
thank you, it means a lot anyway! <3
Awesome game! We felt like it overstayed its welcome a bit, and it was tough to figure out how to play. Once we figured it out it worked like a charm with the exception of a few environment interactions (suddenly having us glitch into it and locking our Y-axis permanently) and fighting the camera angles a bit. Really enjoyed it though! Good work!
thank you for your honest review, it really does help us improove the game! as soon as the jam is over, well be sure to fix it! thank you, means a lot!

I love the combination of the 3d models and 2d sprites. There's something about the art style for this game that is nostalgic, comforting, and creepy all at the same time. Awesome jam entry
