How does your game fit the theme?
The environment is randomly generated and the gameplay is looped after enemy boss is defeated but with changed environment.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
The only asset used is "3D Scifi Kit" for environment
All other assets/code is made by me from scratch.

You made all the guns from scratch? That's pretty slick! I agree with the others that the theme tie in is pretty weak, but it's a cool little gun game experience

The game has great visual appeal, with each run having a unique color tint and impressive lighting. The gun/explosion sounds are top-notch, and the music is decent. While the gameplay is enjoyable, it can be unforgiving to lose all health in one shot. The mouse control feels a bit unresponsive, possibly due to sensitivity, which is difficult to adjust from the main menu. On the bright side, the visual effects are stunning, particularly the bullet trails and explosions.

I had a lot of fun playing this! I would love to see what you could do with this if you have any plans to work on it after the jam. Really the only major complaints i have is that the explosion sound effect is WAY to loud compared to the rest of the game, and the mouse sensitivity is set to zero by default. There are some smaller things as well like how it doesn't have a pause screen or a quit button and I never found sprinting necessary because you can dodge the bullets just fine with normal speed, and jumping just leads to you getting hit because you can't control your movement to dodge, But none of that significantly impacted my enjoyment. overall very fun

Glad you liked it :D
Definitely! I have plans to expand on environment variation, enemy AI, new features, etc....
I'll implement the quality of life fixes you've mentioned. Thanks for feedback.

Even though it does not fit the theme and isn't anything new I really liked this game. Some models on the enemies and some better audio would make this very good! Also an indicator to show what is the next door (cause I often went from where I came) and something to show that you can only grapple from the ceiling. Probably the most fun I have had in this game jam. I would appreciate feedback on my game too!

Glad you liked it, thanks for the feedback.
About the theme, the map is procedurally generated and along with your weapons, it resets after boss is defeated.

Nice fps game u made but the rotation speed is kinda too slow and hard aim for me

Here my game https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-9/rate/1931702

Lovely Scifi space! I have tried a few FPSs on here and this is the first one that actually runs smoothly on my computer. Did you do something to optimise the code/file size? Or perhaps some magic when exporting to WebGL? Anyway, I tried a couple of times to shot the red blocks, but didn't get far. Then I tried just running from room to room. Got further but died just the same :-) Fun but might be a bit difficult, at least for me. I also noticed the mouse speed was quite slow. What I mean is a had to swipe the mouse quite a bit to turn and aim. Overall though impressive entry!

There was difficulty and sensitivity option in the main menu.
Also about the optimization, yes I did. The rooms are randomly generated maze but only 3 rooms are actively rendered at most.
The algorithm looks for the room player is in, checks the other rooms that are connected to it, and draws only these rooms.
