I think there is a good start of something cool here. It's relaxing to set things up and see what happens and the icons are really cute. But the fast mode could be faster and the parameters a little user friendlier perhaps?

I really appreciate that you have done everything on your own. I can see that a lot of work was put into it, but as you already mentioned, art and music could be improved or outsourced if you want to focus on coding.

Anyhow, I like the game. It's fun to watch it, but it's no real challenge to "win" if you can tweak all the parameters. If you keep working on the game, maybe think about several levels, where some of the parameters are pre-set and others can only be changed in a specific range.

The graph is really nice and gives a good indication about the behavior over time.

Feel free to checkout our game too ;)

Very nice simulation. Lots of things going on here. The graph is good.

That's pretty neat. Impressive to make a simulation in a weekend, well done!

You legitimately have something here!
Watching the simulation go is satisfying.
I think you could flesh it out and release it, if you so chose!

Developer(+1)

Perhaps! Art and music are some obvious targets for improvement on my part. Glad you enjoyed it =)

This entry is the kind of thing I have often thought about making, but never gotten around to trying. I think games like this often wind up being more fun for the developer, because you get to tweak with all those systems and make an entire universe dance for you as you put it together...so I like that you gave the player a challenge to keep prey alive (which proved to be more difficult than I had thought!)

Very cool project.

Very nice game!

also the art looks very funny :D

I loved the graph. It made it a lot easier to understand what was going on. Cool simulation!

Interesting simulation!  I also liked the cool line graph in the bottom right~  The little critters had charming faces too haha.  Nice concept!  If you got time, please try my game 'Puma Cat'.
