Hello! ๐
Overall: โจ This was an interesting game. The auto-attack mechanic was a neat feature. I also didn't realize it was restarting the level each time I thought I finished a section. Overall, a unique experience!
Fun: ๐ I liked the auto-attack mechanic, but it made it harder to figure out which enemies were attackable without getting close and taking damage. Some enemies were only attackable briefly or not at all when I got close, which may have been an unintentional bug.
Visual: ๐จ The visuals were a bit too bright for me. It seemed like part of the game was stylized and part was pixelated, which felt inconsistent. Balancing the visual styles might improve the overall look.
Audio: ๐ถ The audio worked well for the setting and added to the game's atmosphere.
Theme: ๐ I didn't understand the theme very well. Not having a UI made it tough to tell where to go, what to do, and my current health status. Adding a bit more UI guidance would help improve many aspects of the game!
Great job on the game! ๐
Has a mysterious vibe too it. Art style looks pretty polished for a jam game.
The game is so adorable, I can't even. I do like the auto shoot mechanic, but it did nothing to the spirits? Maybe some active shield ability?
I like the concept, the idea of a baby voldemort running around shooting spells is ludicrously funny. I would have liked to see a clickable attack and possibly more attack types. The level sprites also appeared to be glitching. Would love to see more progression on the idea, art style gives me Binding of Isaac vibes!
