Pretty cool, But this mechanic is really restricting, it makes all the level horizontal, and the "work arounds" are working only in certain points, So maybe thinking of a cool mechanic that replaces jumping and can be used all the game would be cool.
I liked the idea of the game. There were some strange background sounds in the music.
Pretty fun! I loved the sense of humor! Really nice start for your first game! Also the jokes made me laugh! That was a nice touch!
It's kind of a neat concept. However, I'd argue that setting player controller on velocity isn't the best for jumping and moving around platforms. But hey, that's just me haha.
Movement is a little too slippery. The camera needs a bit of tweaking, since there were some parts where I couldn't see the platform whether I needed to dash or jump across to it.
Great game. Liked the idea of giving the option to jump and then taking it away. As well as all of the "dad" jokes that were written across the way. Ended up reading them and failing a few times!
Ey, someone fell for it. Some of the text was placed on purpose in harder sections, to distract players. Didn't think it would work though.
Yeah..made me laugh when I fell for it. Loved that trip up.
