Time to travel seemed a little long, though I do like how the scenery was different each time at least. I didn't actually need to press anything for the game to just play itself out. Also, before finishing, proofread the spelling.
But like everyone said, art was incredible. The movement of the backgrounds was tremendous
The game was cozy and love that art, but maybe it will better with sound you know :)
I had a hard time figuring out how to keep the train moving. Could use a little bit of explanation. But, I really enjoyed the art. It definitely gives off a cozy feel.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused, I hope you still got positive emotions from our game! ;)
We'd really like the artwork, especially the different backgrounds. As previous comments say sound would be very good. It was quite cozy!
Thank you so much!
i like the artwork but i missed some sounds this would fit very well with your cozy landscape! :)
Thanks for the feedback! We'll definetly add them later and will pay attention to sound design in future projects! ^^
Cute little characters, definitively music and sound are needed, your landscape is well done, love the colors and style.
Thank you so much! Definetly agree that it could be a lot better with sounds.
I found this game very artistically pleasing, the artwork is fantastic. However I thought the dialog was a bit weird. Some parts seem to be missing or don't make much sense.
Also I think this game would have been so much better had it had sound effects and some music. There's some real potential here for a short story based train game, but it just misses a few things to be great.
Thank you sincierly for playing!
It's our first ever game jam and we couldn't organize ourselves well enough, which led to the need to cut out most of things that we had originally planned.
We'd really loved to finnish this little story later when we'll have a little more time to think through the whole plot and rework dialogs so all of it would make more sense. I hope that with that gained expirience it would be easier for us to make something more complete in the future!
It was absolutely fantastic for a first game jam. I wish you guys all the best for your future projects :D
Thanks a lot for your kind words! :)
