I liked the rhythm element; it would be cool to see a full game based on this.
Good start. View and movement works fine, you also got some music and. Playing with headphones so there is a delay of the sound. But I got some rhythm hits anyway after a while!
I walked a bit following the rythm. The movement, perspective and wall textures are good and the music is solid. Thanks for sharing.
I like the idea of a rhythm-based dungeon crawler. Too bad you ran out of time. Solid idea!
It's a shame you didn't get any further with this idea, a rhythm-based dungeon crawler is a pretty solid idea imo.
I didn't get past the first level with my entry last year so I can imagine how you feel.
I hope you try this idea again next year though!
Shame, that you could not do more here. I don´t usually like rythm games, but in the context of the very restricted movement of a dungeon crawler, this could be quite fun and you seem to have a solid grasp on this stuff. So go on...iterate on it and be our rythm expert next year :)
There's not much here, but there is the seed of an interesting core mechanic (even to someone not generally into rhythm games). Try building something more with it in the future!
Awww, this idea was so nice. You should really do something with it. I just had some fun getting my combo counter to 20, which seems to be the max. You should totally do something more with this idea.
As you said, pretty bare bones, but I think rhythm dungeon games are pretty cool. Is there anything past the pillar with the light on it?
I could not progress past the blinking orb. What I saw until that point was cool however. I wish you would complete this game.
