You win and then it just kicks you out! RUDE!
Movement was okay. I didn't quite like shake of the whole screen on being attacked... A bit too violent and disorienting.
It was confusing at first with repair. Glad I noticed another item desapearing from inventory... I would be more confused if I had none and would just try to repair craft over and over again. Some hint there could do a work.
It got basics, just needs beef and better feedback on repairs and attacks. And a bit less on damage :D
I think I got most of the game. Just couldn't figure out how to repair, even though it clearly stated left mouse.
It was a bit annoying to have to restart the game after each death, that could have just had a restart button. I never did any combat. Tried with left button, but I guess I needed the wrench for that. Hang on let me go fetch it and try.
Oh nice. "I Win". So you need 3 items to win this game.
The movement could be a bit smoother. The enemies moves kinda off the grid sometimes which makes it look strange, but you seem to be able to hit them anyway so I guess its fine.
Short experience but got all parts to count as a dungeon crawler. Nice!
I completed the game.
The Paint wall textures look super cool and the game controls fine and can be played fast. Before I realised I could heal I almost died so there was some tension.
This was fun, thanks for sharing.
Please do not make me install a game during a jam, just give us a portable exe in a zip file. But the game itself is nice enough. Nice textures, wich acutally seem handmade and while a bit simplistic, there is enough meat to be a solid game.
The blue textures / color palette give off a nice retro DOS game vibe.
A bit simple, the challenge is only in navigating without getting lost. The timer adds a sense of rush but is quite forgiving.
Initially I thought I had to put out the fire, but once I discovered I could heal, I was willing to just tank through it to get to the other side; the sense of what resources the player has can nonverbally encourage them to do such things, which is interesting.
This one requires admin permissions even to run, I was a little intimidated and bailed. :D
A nice and short entry that ticks all of the boxes. The only thing that is missing is… more game! Looking forward to seeing more jam entries in the future.
