Cool concept. The isometric art is a nice look. It's obviously unfinished but with some more work could be a cool puzzle-esque game.

In your description, you mentioned that you didn't have as much time as you'd like to make this. I can tell that it has a lot of great potential, and there is a lot that could be done with it, but I think what you have here is already a very enjoyable and well-made thing!

I think the isometric take on the visuals was a super cool idea, and it looks great.

Some small things I'd love to see added are maybe an increase in difficulty (It was very simple and easy to just time my attacks when the ants weren't looking, and there was no downside to just waiting it out), and a timer to know how long it's been since I've turned an and into a zombie, so I know how much time I have before my ant dies.

Great work overall, and I think it was a really unique take on the theme! I'm now really interested in this type of mushroom
