This game looks really interesting but I had to login into an external website :(

-R

Super cool concept!! Loved the character and dialogue, the voice acting was super cool.

The graphics were also really interesting.

Great  work!

-D

I did like the 3 matches and felt my fingers flying but there was no way of regaining health which would've really helped to keep the game more engaging.

-R

The polish and simplicity were really nice!

Overall very solid, and for a gamejam this is some super good work. :)

-D

Took me a minute to figure out the main mechanic of the grappling hook, but once I got the hang of it, it was quite fun! The visuals were charming, and so was the dialogue.

Overall, fun little experience, nice job! :)

I really liked this entry! It was one of my favorites!

-R

lovely art style! i do wish the theme of "decay" was more involved in the gameplay- a meter slowly going down felt a little shallow for the jam's theme.

also, i feel like i spent my whole time just trying not to lose, but the actual activities i was doing didnt feel very interesting. the typos and grammatical issues made the game feel a bit unpolished and messy as well.

however, the art style was great, and i enjoyed how intuitive all of the activities were! grabbing the tools made sense, and everything i had to do just made perfect sense. great job!

I really liked it when I went evil mode. So that was pretty cool! I also liked that I was a able to strafe around the enemies!

-R

This game was visually great, sounded great, felt great! I loved the retro vibes.

I couldn't exactly figure out the point of the game, or what some of the things did.

The green and red squares didn't make much sense to me, and I was just floating through all the walls, so i was a little confused.

For a jam game, this was awesome! Great work.

-D

the graphical style of the screen was INSANELY good, nice job! the gameplay was also super accurate to how those old games felt, which was super cute.

i just wish the decay theme was more apparent in the actually gameplay, but i still had a great time- the presentation was perfect!

-x

Loved the visuals!! I thought it was very charming.

The controls felt good and the controls were clear. I wish decay played into the gameplay a bit more, but for a jam game, I thought it was really well done. :)

Great work!

-D

Love the artstyle!! It's definitely my favorite part of this game.

The movement, platforming, controls, all felt pretty good to me. I do wish I could handle the amount of enemies a bit better though! It seems like the enemies sort of will just win no matter how good I might be at the game, which probably shouldn't be the case.

Overall, for a gamejam especially, this is really well done! Good work

-D

I think you did a good job with the starting scenes. I don't know if the floor was suppose to start going down once it hit the top but nice job!

-R

Loved the game! It just sort of feels like the game wasn't made for this jam, personally. Decay didn't have much to do with it.

The visuals and humor were great! Overall, for a jam, this was really well done. :)

-D

I really like the idea that you were going for and I think that with a few more things to do that the game would feel more immersive. Good job!

-R

Very charming game! I loved the pixel art, and the platforming felt smooth.

I wish it played a bit more into the decay theme, rather than it just being a timer for the level.

But for a jam, I'd say this is very well made! Nice work :)

-D

This was such an interesting game! Good job on the many ways you could approach it!

-R

i love the art style! i think the simplicity of this game really works for it, even if theres not a ton of new stuff here, gameplay wise. the cute art style helps the game feel super scrappy and unique, i love the vibes!

i think if you moved the "catch" hitbox up a bit so that you don't eat food that hits your stomach, it would improve the game feel a lot. otherwise, fun game, nice job!

Loved the visuals and mood!

It was actually really really satisfying to be going so fast and run into the enemies with that explosion particle, I could play this for a lonnggg time, especially if there was some sort of progression system put into it.

Nice work!

-D

Love the concept!!

The background color was very blinding to me, and made me want to not play more, though.

For a game jam game especially, the gameplay was pretty cool. Nice work!

-D

good use of the decay theme! it was a little frustrating to have it decay in the direction i was facing, since that's REALLY hard to manage while platforming (especially when it can also decay the platform i was standing on!), but it was all part of the challenge, so i wasnt too bothered by it.

all in all, great puzzles, easy solutions but challenging to execute- it made for a really fun game!

-x

I liked the atmosphere that you did and the little whispers in my ear freaked me out quite a bit. Nice job!

-R

Very nice art! The gameplay itself wasn't clear to me, and it didn't feel like much of a game. I was just sort of walking around confused, and the controls also didn't feel how I'd imagine they would in an isometric game, they were sort of rotated in a weird direction.

I'd love to see this polished, and to have a more clear gameplay loop. :)

-D

Amazing tomato physics! I really liked the idea that you were going for I just found it a little hard to jump onto objects and climb up them. I would say that you could probably make the colliders a little more platformy so that I don't fall off as easily, but good job otherwise!

-R

this game was awesome! i thought that collecting all the parts would get a bit tedious, but the controls were so tight and responsive that it was just fun to play, and i had a great time the whole way through. i thought it was especially cool how the lower speed meant that i couldnt get through the conveyor belts, i didnt expect that at all!

great use of decay as a theme, i loved finding a bunch of new routes through the level. great level design, great game feel, adorable art, all around amazing game. great job, i hope this gets lots of good ratings!

-x

Very solid game!

The gameplay itself feels really smooth, and mechanics are very clear.

Some of the levels seem a little wayyyyy too exact with the timing, which made it a little frustrating to me.

But other than that, very nice work. :)

-D

The game was a nice little puzzle game. I liked the level design and was stumped for a good portions of it. Nice job!

-R

I thought the game was really charming!! The pixel art is really nice.

However it seemed wayyyyy to easy, and basically impossible to lose.

I also noticed what Murlock said about being able to drag the plants health bars with the mouse to heal them.

Other than those things, great work! Especially for a jam game, this is really nice. :)

-D

I thought that you did a really good job on the visuals and the basic gameplay loop was very good. I would've like it if I could plant with the mouse but besides that it was good!

-R

thank you! our artist had a great time making the assets for it, glad you enjoyed it!

-x

Nice take on the theme! I got to the point where there were so many fruits I couldn't possibly keep up hahah

Good work :)

-D

the bullets stopped shooting me after a while, but the audio was really solid. nice concept, i had fun platforming while dodging the bullets! good work!

-x

Interesting concept! It was actually really difficult, but fun to figure out :)

I'd love to see it with a more emphasis on the Decay theme!

Nice work!

-D

as someone who HATES rotting in bed and the way it makes me feel... this game's pretty cute. i liked the vibes even though it made me feel a little icky to sleep the day away

-x

This is one of the best games in the jam for sure! I loved the art style and music and I thought that the gameplay was engaging. The only thing I would say is that there is nothing stopping the player from letting all the flowers but one die and infinitely watering the one flower. Besides that I would say the character is a little slippery but that kind of adds to the challenge. This was great!

this one is genuinely incredible. the unfamiliar, alien feeling that you were able to portray through the decaying graphics, people, and music, is just stellar. really really effective design, and as someone with relatives who suffer from Alzheimer's... you really nailed the portrayal of a failing mind. thank you for making this

-x

This is quite possibly my favorite videogame ever made on this planet. And I've played wand of gamelon.

-D

I think this was very well made for such a short amount of time. I got pretty far into making my land before I found that I could just let the gameplay itself. This was nice!
