hey, im on the mac and when i download, it says "OpenGL not supported" and i dont even know where is my OpenGL and how to play game when i have OpenGL? can anybody help me?
Hello! What version is your macOS? Also, did you download the game using the itch.io app? That tends to solve the majority of issues with this version. The next version is coming soon, so mac users can play the Arena Royale mode, but due to a bug I found while making the shrinking circle, it will take awhile to get the next update out. In the meantime, I am working on a multiplayer game which will have an online multiplayer update soon.
Thanks!

HOW TO PLAY DEATH MATCH OFFLINE HELP PLEASE HURRY!
Hello!
From the homepage, press play, then Arena. It will default to death match, and in the top right hand corner is the option to swap the map and mode. If the buttons are not showing, try adjusting the screen relocation within the settings of the game. You can adjust the amount of bots, their names, properties like health and weapons and more on the right hand side, and press play on the left side!
Let me know if this works!

Ran way too slow on my Mac Mini Late 2012 (Core i5), High Sierra. Graphics looked quite nice. There was no way to play it, unfortunately.
Hello!
Does the game crash or is the frames-per-second really low?
Did you navigate to the graphics settings on the menu, or have you tried closing CPU-intensive apps like Chrome before launching the game?
I will try to make a low-res option which will reduce the quality of the textures and meshes, and more graphics options so that everyone can play it. It should be out by the Battle Royale/Arena Royale update (ETA - a few weeks). Make sure that you follow so that you will not miss any updates!
Thanks!

I remember the settings already being at the lowest - I was actually quite impressed by both that being the lowest setting and still looking amazing and by it being capable of detecting the need of the lowest setting. I believe to have closed everything.
Hello!
Thanks for the info! If possible, do you know the approximate FPS that the game was running at? (A rough guess should do)
Thanks!
ProjectTetraDev
Kind of 2-3 seconds per frame, mostly, TBH. Sometimes it went better, like 2-3 FPS
Hello!
Just wondering if you adjusted the resolution to 480x640, as the resolution has a bigger impact on performance than graphics does (usually)?
Thanks!

isnt this backwards?
Gonna try tomorrow ;-)
great game it is really fun to play!
Hello!
Thanks for the feedback! Glad to hear that you had lots of fun with Project Tetra!
If possible, could you fill out the feedback form as it will provide me with lots of information which I can use to change the mechanics or add new features to the game? The link is here: https://goo.gl/forms/dNKoWzAWF43Z5zOq2
Thanks!

I did fill that feedback form
This is a pretty big game (1.94 Gb on Windows). It's fun though. I was doing reasonably well until the lights went out and zombies came out of nowhere.
Hello! Glad to hear that you had fun! Regarding the file size, I suggest to download the itch.io app, as it means that you will only have to download the 2GB file once, as all other updates will be added as patches. I have been trying to trace the source of the massive file size for a while with not much success.
In the zombie mode, do you want the flashlight range to be longer, or the night shorter? I am doing a zombie update (which will be released soon), so this information will be useful in trying to balance the difficulty.
Thanks for the feedback!

love this game, I had a lot of fun playing it good work and keep it up
Well I guess you won the biggest download file prize for this jam.
Decent alpha-stage FPS, I had some fun shooting bots in deathmatch mode. Horde mode lacks variety, as basically all enemy run toward the player. It would have been nice to be able to reconfigure the keys for non-QWERTY players.
Hello! Thanks for the feedback! I will try and experiment the zombies running around from different angles. I am working on a zombie update, so this information is important to the mode. Concerning the file size, you could try downloading the itch.io app, so then you would only have to download the 2gb once, and all future updates will be significantly smaller in size.
Thanks!
