There's a lot for me to appreciate and enjoy in this submission. I really really love the sounds used both synths and drums. Do you use a specific soundfont or VST? I've been wanting to incorporate these types of old-school hardware sounds in my music and I don't really know where to get started. Really great cohesiveness between tracks and great vibes throughout!

Thank you <3

No, I use an app called nanoloop, all the sounds are generated with the app, except the voices and the noise sound in the second song.

There are many ways to make the sound, you can try programs like LSDJ for game boy or just samplin sounds. Little-scale has some really cool samplepacks from the atari 2600 or sega megadrive for free if you're interested. Or, if you want to use the things you have and not download other thing, you can generate a square, saw or triangle wave and add some distortion to the wave, and that generate a sound similar to the old soundchips.

I hope this help you nwn

If you want you cand send me a message to my instagram or bluesky and ask me to any related stuff nwn.

I like simple clean 8bit-esque sounds you use and you got a nice clean loudness on these.

The minimalism works very nicely, though there was a couple of spots in the first track that some parts felt a little bit too simplistic, really thought it worked very effectively for the other three throughout though.

Definitely captures the mountain feel.

Wasn't expecting the vocal samples on the final track but I liked them and what you did with them.

the mountain theme has a nice wind like beginning, which is quite fitting! I like the 8bit style and the clean aproach the songs have. it could also be fitting for a game like celeste. great job!
