I tried to compose based on how a volcano behaves. The image for this jam was amazing and gave me the idea of an eerie feeling, a volcano fuming, possibly signaling an impending eruption. After that, there’s just calm nature once again.
Themes followed:
I started with D minor, the intro melody is in A Minor Melodic, there is a small change to E Minor in the second part and finally ends in D Major.
A small change in tempo, starting in 75BPM to 86 BPM in the second part and then back to the original 75BPM
There is a few notes that doesn't belong to D minor in the intro melody. And a cromatic slip in the second part with the horns.
Small parts of complete silence (Except for a few reverb sounds fading out)
Plugins and SFXs:
Sounds of eartquake and explosion were made by OGSoundFX: www.youtube.com/@OGSoundFX
BBC Symphony Orchestra Free Version was used for all the instruments

when i looked at the image, i thought of a peaceful resting volcano, not erupting... i just gave 4 stars on that. cool orchestration (i love BBC symphony).
very well orchestrated! the sfx fit the track really well. one question, are you using the free version of BBC symphony orchestra?
Yes, I missed to write that part, is the free version
The story is well told, the contrast between sections is effective. The increase in tempo works perfectly to convey the idea of a crisis happening. The return to the quiet is really nice, the happy ending of a troublesome time. I have one comment regarding the mix, the harp tends to disappear when other instruments come in, which to me is a pity because it sounded nice. The track overall is really nice, well done!
Totally makes it feel like you're on a mountain when the string section comes in nice work, love the idea of the volcano behavior it works well
