I thought i'd never be scared in a game
Glad I scared you!
Great ambience, really nice use of lighting - one can tell you took care to find balance between light and darkness, and the sound design worked well for it too.
(I think alt+tab broke things for me at the start, so for anyone else having trouble refilling the generator, just restart)
Thanks for trying it out :) As for the alt-tab issue, was it from the browser version or the windows one?
It was the windows version - sorry for the late reply
Great survival-horror entry for the jam! The graphics looked pretty polished and consistent.
First enemy almost made me jump scare lol Really cool and polished game for the jam's period, congrats!
Sorry, im have twist with mose cotroller, im can move onle on 180 scale
That's odd. No one has reported that yet. Can you tell me more?
My cursor does not disappear on the screen but remains and rests on the computer frame
Ah, I get it now. Yes, sorry, that tends to happen cuz of the WEBGL version. But, there's a downloadable windows version that you can play if you scroll down. It doesn't have that problem
Actually really polished and nice game, I have fun playing it.
And as Agent Amian wrote, good job making the game withing jam period, it's a nice polished game with horror elements and good story.
Look like a nice game. I wish there is a settings to adjust mouse sensitivity. Regardless, good job making the game within jam period. :)
Damn I really like the atmosphere it would be cool to see how you improve it as there are a few issues with gameplay. The monster seems to spawn completely randomly, rather than only when the lights are off I'm not sure if this is intentional though? It reminds me a bit of Iron Lung where you're trapped in an area and you have to carry out specific tasks. I think you should continue development as the idea of keeping the lights on is pretty unique and interesting.
Yo thanks for the review! You're right, the monsters weren't supposed to spawn in the light. I didn't have much time to do testing 'cause I started this jam late, but it is a very easy fix to implement. Just forgot to set some values in the editor lol.
I just uploaded a patch that addresses the spawning issue. However, if monsters have spawned before the lights went on, they will remain, but will eventually die out. Thanks again for pointing that out to me. It was legitimately just two variables that needed to be set. *facepalm*
