haha thanks for playing and I appreciate the feedback. Yeah the game isn't much!

Love it! I want it to get more difficult tho maybe making the image match smaller or adding more animals in the same scene

Thanks for playing it !

Thanks a lot for the feedback human! I totally agree I guess it got too easy for me since I was testing it over and over, I’ll get others to play before submitting next time. Same with the launch mechanic and stuff, I’m looking to expand it further I think and maybe redo the golf system entirely since it’s pretty barebones. Thanks again for playing!

The goal for lvl 1 is the boiling pot, the sink is just a breathing spot to pause the death timer, sorry i guess it should be clearer haha

I like the overall aesthetic but could use some testing as the platforming is a bit unforgiving :)

I getchu it's still impressive for the short time you developed it, there seems to be quite a few systems that feel well polished for the time it took you :)

I really like how unique the game feels as i don't think i've played anything similar haha.  the art is pretty interesting too, good job!

great looking project, I would like to see where it goes since the grapple mechanic could be used in more varied situations than it's showcased here.

funny minigames that fit your theme, the intro is pretty well made too! good job!

The aesthetics really cool and got scared a few times haha overall really impressive for a short jam!

Really like the idea and it feels pretty expandable with fish variety and customers! kinda like a mix of overcooked and dave the diver?

Haha probably a bug oops thanks for playing Schepeis!

Thanks a lott!

I do really like the idea of being able to control two characters to solve puzzles and it works great here. It would be interesting how far you can push this mechanic in terms of problem solving.

I really like the aesthetic and think a bit of work with the lighting could improve it even further, the platforming is a bit difficult to get used to especially with the camera controls.

Such a unique idea with  good sound design and art. the pixel art is honestly on point!

Thanks Moczan, I agree totally, I should've tested it with others a bit before submitting :)

Thanks Jibby, I definitely wanted to make it difficult maybe not as difficult as it is now though. I wanted to make a game like Only Up or Getting over it

Thanks Mike! I agree I think I should've tested it with others before submitting for sure :)

Thanks Nikole :)

Thanks Slak! I understandd I need to make it clearer :)

The golf system is based on the size of the line drawn across the screen so corner to corner you would throw him much further ;)

Really good to be honest since the mechanics are there and I can tell where it's headed if you had time

Thanks Chmura :)

I think it's a bit difficult as the customers travel a bit fast for the fish. Could be a pretty cool game if assets were added.

I think it's cool concept but it's a bit janky and the motion blur is a bit much a long with the harsh colours.

Such a great looking game honestly! also the cover image is indie level for sure. I do think there should be more risk to flying into objects since the isn't any consequence. the giant looks really cool and hope you turn it into a larger experience with different islands and missions or something.

I really like the old flash game aesthetic and the game loop is pretty addictive, I agree that the firing could be faster and you could add variation to the gun shot sound effect so it's different each time you shoot.

The enemies didn't seem to spawn so I was just running round with a sword. Also doesn't really seem to fit the theme too much

I really like the toon art style, I think it would've benefitted from something in the background rather than just the horizon as this could make it more grounded. Also it would've been more satisfying if the boosts were destroyed upon colliding with them.

I really like the retro UI design and mysterious storyline. Would've liked the art to be a bit more unique since you used a lot of rpg maker assets. Good job overall :)

Thanks a lot!

This is so cool! the tone and art style are spot on making it a pretty serious task and keeping you immersed in the role.

The game definitely has a lot of potential and I really love the ability to change bob into different versions to progress exponentially. It's really juicy as well with all the small animations. the art is also really great being consistent across the level and the UI. I'm not getting any sound but wish it did have some as this would make the juice even more effective.

This is a really polished experience overall. It could do with a small tutorial just to get the player started as I had to mess around a bit before I understood the game loop. Also I killed bob and it just went black rather than sending me back to the menu or restarting the level. Also there isn't much risk to the loop, players aren't limited in any way by the cards and its pretty easy to keep all the bobs alive since you can stack the food.

This has great promise with its story and I like the idea of being able to travel around a confined space like this. I do think there's a bit too information giving to the player at the start and the music is a little loud while you're trying to listen to what's going on. Nice work!

Thanks for playing Bilbo! I understand the darkness and it's really just to make it difficult and add more tension to when the goblins spawn. The goblins are something to run from rather than face. The torch is used to stop them from moving so that you can progress.

Nice game with nice art and satisfying vfx. I did get stuck in the area with the boss. H got stuck somewhere and I couldn't finish him off. The game works with the theme a bit but makes it difficult to know if you're just going to fall to your death (I did a few times).

Sad to hear that :/ The game is pretty optimised overall, the main factor is probably the 3D assets and shader. It would be a smoother experience if you downloaded the game but I can understand if you aren't willing to do this. My computer has some pretty terrible specs but runs the game at a pretty high framerate.
