  • I couldn't see a link to the theme in this one (not mandatory of course but it is a rated category). The choice of pixel art assets is solid, and the game is put together in such a way that it makes good use of those assets. The platformer controls were a little basic but very polished (which is better than advanced and janky), and I'm a big fan of incorporating instructions into the game itself. That being said, it would be nice if there was some instruction on the goal of the game. It was unclear while playing whether we were supposed to collect all the coins, some of the coins or if the coins even mattered. Great effort, well done!

The art is great.

The prototype is very well polished and the pixel art and music are great, but I don't really see the "learn from failure", for me it's just a cute platformer but I don't see a link with the theme (its remains a very nice prototype)

I think this fitted the theme very well! While a simple platformer, it does require learning by failing AND for as far as I can see you teach that there are 4 seasons ^_^ <3 well done! Also the controls seems pretty good and even seems to have some nice quality of life features such as coyote time and jumpbuffering. <3 Very impressive for a week.

so sorry, but to me this seemed like a basic platformer, i didn't learn anything new from it. Still, very cool, would have loved to see a bit of an original tileset.
