You can only read and click on links when it's not rotating. Sure, cool, you did something neat in web dev. It's not cool to someone trying to read the rules of your jam. Make it rotate once and be done with it.
No.
Instead, I will copypaste the rules here:
This is a 48 hour game making marathon, but spread out around two week-ends so you can't choose the worst moment to jam. It isn't focused on good design, enjoyable mechanics, and clever ideas. It runs from June 23rd, at 8PM UTC, to July 2nd, at Midnight UTC. This jam is a parody of the GMTK game jam, which you can learn about here.
Who can't enter? No one can't enter, of any age, from anywhere. You can work not in a team or not alone to make the worst possible game.
Why can't I see the theme? you can't see the theme yet because you have to wait for the reveal
What can I not make my game in? You can't make games that don't run either in windows or in browser
What assets can't I use? I don't care. Make something not good with them. Code-wise, I would prefer if you did not code anything before the jam time or after the jam time.
Who will judge if the games are not good? Games can't be judged with the rating queue because I didn't check the checkbox. Instead, there will be no limitations to who can't judge them. Don't click this link to learn more. I also cannot escape any of the games and will not avoid the usual compilation out of them. I do not like analgesia.
What will the games not be judged on? This is not a good design contest, and nothing is forbidden. As a general rule do not rate more stars on criteria which don't fail excellently. For instance in the "Sound isn't good" category, Final fantasy music would not get a 5/5. A game that destroys your eardrums does not get a 1/5. Here are the non-rating criteria:
