What was your take on the theme?
Shooter game, enemies attack when the lights go off and are weak then freeze in the light but are much stronger. Gives you the option of either running away and slowly taking them out one by one in the light or quickly ripping through them in the dark at the expense of making yourself vulnerable

The gameplay is implemented well and the mechanics were a fun way to interpret the theme, the vulnerability provided a good risk/reward system for the player. The map is a little sparse however, and the shooting can feel a bit tedious after a while, especially in the light where you know there is no threat to the player. Overall it was a fun little game and I think an idea with more potential to explore, maybe with more weapons or a procedural level.
A pretty good FPS game, it was very creepy looking around and seeing a crowd of anomalies right behind me. The game would be a lot better if it had more unique areas on the map, I felt there wasn't any real reason to jump.
The combat feels super satisfying! As an FPS player, I’m really curious—does headshot deal extra damage? 😂
I'm afraid not, I was thinking about adding it but time constraints and exams and other excuses meant I kinda gave up on the idea. I would still aim for the head though when I was testing and idek why
I was doing pretty well until I accidentally backed into a shelf and got pinned there by the crowd of anomalies D:
Fun idea to fit the theme, however some more variety in the map and gameplay could have served to make the game fun for longer. Maybe more weapons and more unique areas around the map?
Quite fun but I have to ask a shop assistant to reach the top shelf!
