The game had music and a menu! Big plus!
Sprites were cool, however the transition between the animations could use a little polish with it taking a small delay to transition to the next animation while moving for example
The buttons very unclear, most of my time was spent finding how to punch, i pressed so many buttons other than S because i believed that would be a movement button like the rest.
some more variety other than a punch would also be great

Thank you for your feedback, people not knowing the control scheme is a problem that I have been hearing a lot, so I have added the control scheme to the description. Also, I am currently making it so that you can access the control scheme through the main menu, and the pause menu once I have finished updating the game based on everybody's feedback. Furthermore, I have now got rid of the delay between going from idle to walking, but only on the build of the game that I am still currently developing.

Team Fallen Gods - We found this was a really fun game to play and also looked really nice too! It has a really nice menu, art style and overall fit the theme of a fighting game really well. There were a few things that we noticed though that could definitely be improved such as, you can run right off the map and the players can stand on top of each other! We didn't notice any other areas that needed feedback as everything was actually really nice.

Thank you for bringing to my attention that the players can walk off the map, because I thought I had already fixed that problem before releasing it, but I clearly didn’t. However, on the newest build of the game that I am still developing I have fixed the problem were players could walk off the map, thanks to your feedback. Also, players being able to jump on top of each other is still a problem I am looking into.

Simple and fun! The animations are cartoon-y and fun, but more complex controls (such as a block or dodge mechanic) could really help spice up the gameplay.

Nice direction but controls are unclear. It’d be cool to see some combo mechanics and more effects.

Enjoyable game with great animations and art. The 3 pieces of feedback I would give is that I feel the game would be more fun if the fight ended after a few rounds and presented a winner. Second, you can stand on top of another player and attacks still hit from above and below so maybe check the hitboxes. Thirdly, I think putting the controls somewhere in the game or on the game page so players know how to play rather than having to figure out the controls makes it more enjoyable. Great work though

Thank you for taking the time to write great feedback for the game. We did originally plan for the game to have three rounds and even had the art for it, but because of time constraints we didn’t finish it. Also, the problem where players can jump on top of each other is a bug that hasn't been fixed. I think the solution to the bug is to make it so players slide off each other's head hitboxes. And you’re right in saying that players should be able to access the control scheme for the game, this could have been in the menu screen for the game. However, I have now added the control scheme for the game in the description for now.
