Nice direction but controls are unclear. It’d be cool to see some combo mechanics and more effects.

Doesn’t seem like it’s all working :( Here’s some feedback based on what does:
- It would be nice to get a UI of controls because it’s currently unclear
- Character movement is very slippery and it’s hard to accurately jump on objects and do parkour
- Enemies collide with the character and can glitch you into the ground. IMHO they shouldn’t collide
- If you’re against a wall or on a slope you can’t jump

I love the art style and direction of gameplay! Here’s some feedback on the overall gameplay, user experience, and any bugs:
- Lot’s of text when you start, hard to read and remember it all
- Sometimes your character just stops handling input and animations freeze
- Shift and middle click don’t feel like a very natural ‘kick’ buttons - maybe right click would be better?
- Kicking being left shift also triggers Windows shift lock widget - takes you out of gameplay
- Kicking dead body makes it replay death animation
- It would be nice to see other character types and some kind of combo system - gameplay feels a little slow and stale
The artwork and effects here are awesome, and there’s lots of attention to detail! Here’s some feedback around the gameplay and user experience:
- Shift + Middle click took a minute for me to understand (maybe just shift would work better?)
- It’s unclear that blocking with E takes a while to unblock - only blocking while E is held would be better IMHO.
- It’s not communicated anywhere that you can double jump
- It would be cool if you could reflect lasers back into enemies
- It’s not clear how the player gains health later on

Nice! If you’re looking for feedback, I have a few points:
- The rocks flying in from the left feels a little confusing. Maybe coming from the right would make more sense.
- The hit detection seems to be a little funky at times. I’m losing the game even though my dodo didn’t hit a rock when I jumped over :(
- The rocks should come from a little lower down. Even though there’s some randomness, they seem to favour coming in way above my dodo.
