Theme interpretation
The game features a day/night cycle system. You start at dawn and once you reach midnight you are brought back to the start of the level. Still, the most interesting and rewarding part of the game, which is your balloon, is hard to reach in a full day. It pushes the player to plan and learn the level to get to the balloon and take off before it's too late to enjoy a long and peaceful flight.
Also, the short "story" of the game is centered around the survival of the space dream after civilization collapse.

Such a beautiful art and narrative!
I truly enjoyed the experience. The superb minimalist pixel art together with the classical music set a nice kind of dreamy atmosphere.
Just a minor thingy that I found, every time I talk with the farmer I get stuck and I need to restart.
Outstanding job!
Thanks for your feedback, the farmer bug is a known thing, I'll push the patch after the jam :)
Really cute game, loved the art style =D
Great work! Overall we really enjoyed the experience. Hope we can see more of it, as we fell stuck after the first day.
Amazing work on the graphics, overall atmosphere and immersion! And the platforming mechanic is quite nice, though it does not feel as juicy as it could be yet as others pointed out.
The intro, main gameplay and final balloon steering all work quite well - of course we're left wanting for more as the actual gameplay experience is a bit short, and the balloon exploration opens a big universe just before closing it on us. But who knows, maybe this will be further developed in a fuller game? :)
I feel the day/night cycle mechanic was not so well conveyed so I was puzzled when I reached the balloon level section and I was told I have to reach it before night, but night feel within 5 sec as I had spent quite some time exploring the first level section.
I liked the nod at Godot with "free and open society" in the audio speech ✊
Haha, thanks for your detailed feedback! Long live open source haha
