I was not expecting a stealth game from the title. It was fun.
Hallo,
Thank you for sharing your game. I’ve already saved its RATING;
1. verified: GAME due to sample screenshot, with noticeable drawing technique, and observable 2D coordinate system GAMEPLAY
2. notes: noticeable background musical tune
3. observed: GAMEPLAY’s computation for its collision detection causes PLAYER to be stuck on the wall
4. observed: self to start pressing SPACEBAR to execute ACTION to identify the CORRECT ACTION; adds: had previously read the COMMANDS List, where: ACTION via SPACEBAR did NOT exist; verified: IF had only been MISSING in the LIST
Thank you. Health!
Nice idea, cute art, but game is too hard.
My first games were puzzles, but they were too hard for anyone but me. So most of them ended up on my harddrive.
Some youtuber said: "make a level. Then make it twice easier. That will help with your bias view". This helped me in the beginning.
So keep up the good work, watch more influencers, play more games and, most important of all, continue developing things you like. Good luck!
This was fun to play :) took me a few tried but I got there!! I really love the music and the enemies chasing you is polished (scared me at first haha)
Hope you had fun this game jam, good work! Loved the music too
Nice little stealth game. Very hard (which I do like). Took me a lot of tries to get it right.
For improvement, I would suggest tweaking the hitboxes on the obstacles or the character. I found that I was getting stuck on walls and stuff when it looked like I shouldn't.
Keep on learning and improving!
Yes, the collisions absolutely need polishing. Thank you for the feedback!
Coudn’t get out of the first level lol, its not really well visible where you are seen and where you can walk :/
There is only one level, I made it kind of hard so the game doesn't end so quickly, sorry =). It needs a lot of polish, but I'm just starting and I want to use Jams to gain practice and experience. Thanks for the comment!
Same same, I do recommend to just practice with jams :)
