Hey there!

I ve got to say that the game is very clever and the concept could turn out to be something really solid. It was one of the games that while difficult kept me replaying it. It is unique to say the least. The minimalistic art style is fitting the game and the chill music too. It helps you focus on things that matter. I will disagree with some of the comments that the game needed more indicators as for me it was pretty clear to understand what was going on.

I found it a bit hard to understand how things worked in the beginning but after replaying it a couple of times i understood everything. As people have mentioned already it is kinda hard to pass the tutorial and it spikes even more after that :) :) Getting into the next level i was surprised by the size and its complexity in a good way. I was expecting the levels to go as the tutorial one was. I didnt manage to pass the second level but i tried a lot of times. I think i got the strategy behind it but i couldnt balance the strength of the wind pretty well so i either kept running out energy or the fires went off.

I will probably play that again after i have checked some more games. The gameplay is very good on that i was impressed. Just fixing a couple of things about the difficulty curve and you have a solid base here is my honest opinion.

The gameplay concept is nice I think, just like Plague Inc., you must spread fire to burn down all the places in a level, I was so close to beat the third level though. Nice entry!

I like the concept but I also had trouble with the tutorial. I think the first part was that it wasn't clear from the instructions that I needed to use the bar at the bottom to control the wind strength. I was also confused about how to spread the fire.. it was also pretty difficult with two firemen off the bat. I think with a bit more instruction, maybe allowing orange blocks to spread fire (at a smaller rate?) and one fireman for the tutorial would make it more approachable.

The audio is surprisingly chill for burning stuff down. Very innovative gameplay, never thought I'd enjoy scheming to burn a place down.

Game was just a blue screen for me, playing the browser version in chrome

Yeah, the tutorial seemed impossibly difficult to me. I was able to snake the fire around to a few different places, but I could never get the building in the middle north to turn red - two firefighters putting out the fire simultaneously was too much, and any red buildings I had would burn out before i could turn the upper-middle building red.

...At least, I assume the issue was two firefighters. There was no real indication on the screen of what would cause the orange buildings to go down faster, or if there was any way to control the speed the red buildings went down.

I like the minimalist style, but some more visuals would have helped - like, why can't orange buildings catch other buildings on fire? Even if the orange buildings aren't fully engulfed, they're still on fire. Or, are they on fire, or just smoky? If they're just kinda smouldering, why do the firefighters focus so much on putting out orange buildings with low number scores?

This could have been a really cool game about manipulating the firefighters to focus on certain areas, or split their attention, to make the fire spread faster... but it didn't feel like I had control over which fires the firefighters focus on at all, so it was just a game of trying to max out wind as much as possible to spread the fire.

The music was very nice, but some wind, fire & water sound effects would have been good to convey what I was doing. This was a really cool concept, it just could use a lot of refinement!

I was eventually able to beat the tutorial level by following the hint, and the second level was a bit easier... but the game still lacks clear visuals, I have no idea how far my fire will spread, how quickly it will build up/die down, how much work the firefighters are putting into it, etc. More so than the difficulty, I think clarity is the biggest thing this game could benefit from.

Nice concept, I really like the idea!  I would have like it to be a little easier as I couldn't get past the tutorial x) but nevertheless i think it's a cool system to manage and to see in action, ggs :)

Nice music! I also thought the game mechanics were pretty interesting!

Any way to make it easier though or provide some tips? I had trouble spreading fires around the firefighters in the first level.

Otherwise, nice work on this! :^)
