Interesting spin on a snake game! I like the concept of a shooting parts of the snake you collect. I played a few times. A couple times I started with a rock in front of me which would immediately end the run. Additionally, there is a pretty big issue where enemies can spawn where the player is and instantly end the game. I think if those two issues were solved, you'd have a good base gameplay loop! It would be cool if difficulty increased over time (maybe it does? I wasn't able to tell.) I think with some more work on core gameplay systems and some extra polish to graphics and sound, this would be really fun! I enjoyed the retro aesthetic and music. Nice work, keep it up!

Tried your game.  I like the animation/environment. I started a few times right in front of a rock and enemy, but I had a similar issue in my own game that I didn't get resolved in time, :-) . I had to install Java to try your game, which isn't ideal and probably would turn off some people.

Fun game of snake! I liked the graphics and the voice acting. had some issues starting a round directly in front of a rock or enemy then dying , but after getting a good start I could get a decent run going.  if you wanted to continue working on it, I'd love to see more mice pickups spawning as I would clear the board and need to wait for the next one.  Other then that, solid Snake game.
