Was it just a model and a camera in it or does godot have some overlay camera function like unity?
Just a model and camera. You can separate rendering into viewports and we use them to render ui in 3D but for cockpit, we just render it in the same viewport with everything else.
I was really struggling to figure out where I needed to go. I don't know if it was just too dark or if I was missing something. I went through the surface, and it seemed like maybe I could find a way, but I blew up every time.
I agree, the level is a bit too dark. I wish we had more time to work on it. It should definitely have more type of guiding lights than just the spotlight.
