It's really creative to make pixel-style 2D pictures in a 3d game. The art style is very unified and stylized. Each character is designed very delicately (I love the cat!) I am very curious about what happened in the village and the whole story.
Love the twist of the story and the use of 2D art in a 3D world. Walking sims seem to me is about exploration and witness and a feeling of powerless in a way, not about interaction and I do think this game did that really well.
I can't believe the completeness of the work. I mean, nearly all the aspect of the game is been took care of and the game looks been really polished and have no specific defect. I like how designers simulate the 2D world with mountains and clouds, how the scene is changed and how players interact with the world. All i want for this game is to see more stories after the world is changed. Thank you so much for making this great game.
It is fun to see a walking sim with pixels style, and the character's are cute. One of my concern is that I'm not sure whether it is appropriate to add the sword and the shield because they don't play a very strong role in the game. What's more, you can add some animation of the changes of the objects. For example, as the player opens a door, let it have a process.
The retro style reminds me of the first time when I played DOOM haha~ My emotion changed dramatically after every one died. I really felt a strong desire to reverse the timeline to find a way to save everybody, especially the cute dog. The only pity is that the game doesn't seem to be quite finished, but the overall game experience is already very nice.
